COMMON
QUESTIONS
How do I know what my ride will cost?
Use the estimator on the booking page — enter your pickup and dropoff and it calculates an estimate right away. Your fare is $10 per person plus $1.25 per mile.
When do I pay?
All fares are collected before your trip. We accept cash, credit or debit card with ID, certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or government-issued check. If you’ve set up a billing account with us, those terms apply instead.
What if there’s a wait?
Your first 5 minutes are on us — no charge. After that, waiting time is $10 per 10 minutes (that’s $60 an hour). This only applies if you’re asking the vehicle to hold at your request.
Can I bring my pet?
Service animals always ride free. For domestic pets like dogs or cats, there’s a flat $10 pet fee. If cleanup is needed after the trip, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
What about luggage or bags?
Personal belongings ride at no extra charge, as long as they fit within the vehicle’s capacity. We just ask that nothing comes along that could damage the car or put other passengers at risk.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
No. Alcohol or open containers are not allowed in any M.E.R.C.Y INT vehicle, at any time.
What if something happens to my belongings?
If the carrier is responsible for damage to your personal items, we’ll take care of the reasonable value. We just can’t cover anything that shouldn’t have been in the vehicle.
What condition are the vehicles in?
Every vehicle is clean, air-conditioned, and maintained — glass, upholstery, and safety features all checked before every trip.
