Booking Cancellation Terms
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund issued.
Cancellations made 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund. The full fare applies.
No-shows: Full fare charged. A no-show is defined as a passenger not present at the agreed pickup location within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
Carrier-initiated cancellations: If M.E.R.C.Y INT must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly.
All fares are payable in advance per Tariff No. 1. To cancel a booking, contact us at 205-336-3802 or info@mercyserv.com with your booking reference number.
